UBYS E-Signature User Guide (MacOS)

Supported Browsers:
You can use up-to-date web browsers such as Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Edge and similar for e-signature transactions.

Important Note:
To use UBYS E-Signature, your operating system must have at least MacOS Big Sur version.

Apple MacOS Installation Steps

Install the software suitable for your operating system, following the steps below: in order:

1. To install the Java program click.

2. To install appropriate software and driversclick. (From the next page MacOS Operating Select the System Version and the card reader you have.)

3. After making your selections, download and install the Smart Card Driver from the page that appears.

4. After making your selections, download and install the Card Reader Driver from the page that appears.

5. After the installation is completed,restart your operating system.

6. To make the initial setup of the e-signature applicationclick.

Security Settings

You may need to allow some applications from Apple security settings in order to run. For this:

1. System Preferences → Go to Security and Privacy menu.

2. Log in with your administrator password by clicking the lock icon at the bottom left.

3. Tick the “App Store and identified developers” option.

4. Select and confirm the name of the application you want to allow.
