Our Presidency is one of the eight departments affiliated to the General Secretariat.

1. Software and Web Design Group Description:

The needs of the university what he heard and what the management deemed appropriate. Writing corporate web design and web-based automations, providing infrastructure support for personal web pages of public personnel, and carrying out R&D studies on web design and applications.

Other Duties:

  • Planning the preparation and development process of our university's web page.
  • Solving problems related to web-based automation systems.
  • To ensure the coordination of IT, web and software services.
  • Maintenance, repair, updates, security, etc. of servers related to the software it runs. to carry out their administration.
  • Providing technical support regarding the use of software.
  • Solving problems related to automation systems.
  • If necessary, to organize in-service training activities regarding the software prepared or purchased.
  • To organize R&D studies on software.

 

2. Network and System Management Group Definition:

To project and prepare the necessary network infrastructure of our Presidency or other faculties and units, to manage all kinds of problems that may occur on the servers. To resolve the technical problem quickly, to ensure that the University internet service remains active at all times.

Other Duties:

  • University's WEB, FTP, DNS, e-mail, etc. Management of servers and Active Network devices.
  • Managing the virtualization system.
  • Ensuring the control and security of e-mail accounts.
  • Designing the network infrastructures of new buildings.
  • Resolving malfunctions that occur in internet services.
  • Establishing wireless internet access areas and controlling the devices there; and ensuring that the wireless internet access service is always active.
  • Installation and operation of the IP telephone system.
  • Web & Ftp users control, tracking and technical support.
  • Establishing the necessary network infrastructure and providing technical support regarding Security Cameras.

3. Technical Service and Hardware Group Job Description:

The needs of the institution; Providing the hardware materials needed, all kinds of existing computer hardware; To carry out maintenance-repair and service services, to prepare and install technical equipment to be used in general events and activities.

Other Duties:

  • Advising on the creation of the institution's computer infrastructure and purchasing the necessary hardware and devices.
  • Following and coordinating the warranty and maintenance contracts of computers and other peripheral units used in the units.
  • Preparing technical specifications for the devices to be purchased.
  • Monitoring and management of the antivirus system.
  • Providing technical support services for computers in computer laboratories.
  • To identify and install licensed software to be installed on user computers, and to check any 3rd party software that needs to be installed and to prevent it from damaging the overall system.
  • To follow the developments in Information Technology.
  • Providing monitoring and support of personnel attendance tracking system and cafeteria automation devices.
